Listening to what plants have to say

The members of this spiritual group say plants have the ability to speak to human beings only if they are willing to listen. In fact, their founderheld the view that people just have to take time out of their busy schedule to visit nature in order to hear what plants have to say. However, while undertaking this journey, it is important for them to pay attention to their innermost intentions. The energy of their intention guides them on this sacred trip. By discovering the delicate healing qualities of a particular plant, these individuals can simultaneously heal their minds, emotion, body, innermost soul and spirit.

Since time immemorial, traditional healers of different faiths hold the view that disease in human being result from an imbalance in emotional, psychological and spiritual state. This is the reason why it is practice among these medicine men to offer plants they use to curetheir patients something in return for their healing powers. Evenin their daily lives of most people, the unconscious act sending flowers to a person they know is unwell to uplift their spirits is an example of this sacred act.

Love and admiration

These members go on to explain that eventually human beings need to revisit their ancient roots of understanding the importance of the unity of among various life forms. They have to treat all plants with the love and admiration these living organisms deserve. Various botanical studies show that plants have emotions, intelligence, sense what human beings intend to do and react to their actions.

The members of The Deer Tribe Metis Medicine Society clarify if human beings begin to treat plants with love, allow they to flourish and develop, it results in their own growth. Harley Reagan would say plants are so compassionate that these living organisms allow human beings to dance with them. This enable them to sense the healing power of Almighty but they have to listen to the call.
