HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM, Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 17th, 2005 and ends at 11:59:59 PM, EST on March 31, 2005. To enter, visit PodBrix.com, fill in the required information on the Official Entry Form, and submit the form as directed. Entrants will be required to provide E-mail address and join the PodBrix mailing list. Limit one entry per person, household, or e-mail address. Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified. Entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SWEEPSTAKES CLOSING DATE: 11:59:59 PM EST on March 31, 2005.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all users currently on the PodBrix mailing list. This includes people who have joined the list before the contest start date. The random drawing will be conducted on or about April 1, 2005 by PodBrix. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.

CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASES: Eligibility, age and claim by Prize Winner is subject to verification. Prize Winner will be notified by E-mail on or about April 1, 2005. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or E-mails made to entrants not by Sponsor. Potential Prize Winner must respond within 15 days and provide a mailing address where prize can be shipped to. Non-compliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable, winner is ineligible, or winner declines a prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
